We will only record your details (specifically; name, e-mail address, phone number etc) if you complete the registration and user information forms. This information allows us to maintain records of your SRHL membership and payments.

Use of Information Collected

This information will only be used for the purpose for which it has been provided. It will not be sold, rented, added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose outside of its original purpose without your consent.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file created by your web browser (i.e. Chrome) that assigns a unique identification to your computer. The cookie is used by SRHL to enable you to login and use member only features.

Changes to this privacy policy

SRHL may edit this policy from time to time due to changes in laws and statutes. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting an announcement on our home page or via email.

Deleting Your Data

If you would like to delete your account and all data linked to it, enter your profile management by clicking your username in the top right corner of the page, go to 'Personal Data' and select 'Delete'.
